Côtes du Rhône Tradition Red
Grape variety: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault
Soil type: Southern exposure protecting the terrace from wind; the soils are a mixture of limestone and clay.
Winemaking: Fully de-stemmed grapes. 8 to 10 days maceration. Fermentation is temperature controlled.
Packaging: Available in 75cl and 37.5cl bottles, 10 Liters Bag-in-Box.
Tasting: Intense garnet-red color with bright ruby tints. Ripe red fruits, plums and blackberries dominate the aromas and flavors. In the elegant and delicate taste we discover red fruit aromas with a spicy nuance that is typically created by the Syrah. The moderate alcohol creates a smooth, well-structured wine.
Accompaniments and serving: To be served ideally at room temperature with red meats and game, as well as with spicy meat dishes. We suggest paring it with turkey cooked in mustard sauce.

Côtes du Rhône Villages Domaine des Santonilles
Grape variety: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan.
Soil type: Southern exposure protecting the terrace from wind; the soils are a mixture of limestone and clay.
Winemaking: Harvest at full maturity (color, aromas, tannins). Long vatting of 18 to 20 days.
Packaging: Available in 75cl Bottles.
Tasting: The color shows the black body, with hints of crimson. Bright and deep, it offers a full body. The nose is dominated by black pepper aromas followed by over-ripe blackcurrants and blueberries. It is full-bodied and smooth with concentrated red fruit aromas that explode on your palate. This wine has a long ageing potential but is also perfect for drinking now.
Accompaniments and serving: This wine is ideal with wild pork, game stews or soft cheeses. It ages well for up to 6 to 8 years.

Côtes du Rhône Villages Cuvee Prestige
Grape variety: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan.
Soil type: Southern exposure protecting the terrace from wind; the soils are a mixture of limestone and clay. High presence of stones and rocks in soil.
Winemaking: Harvested at full maturity (color, aromas, tannins). Long vatting of 18 to 20 days. Aged in tanks and then in oak barrels for 9 months.
Packaging: Available in 75cl Bottles.
Tasting: This wine has a dark red color with purple hues. On the nose it is powerful, yet delicate, with intense aromas of red and black fruits and spices. A delicate wooded overtone appears. The taste is supple and powerful, here we find the initial aromas. The tannins bring a remarkable fullness and insure the longevity of the wine.
Accompaniments and serving: Let it breathe in a carafe an hour before serving. It will be perfect with game stews or roasted game. This wine can age for 10 years.

Côtes du Rhône Tradition Rose
Grape variety: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault
Soil type: Southern exposure protecting the terrace from wind; the soils are a mixture of limestone and clay.
Winemaking: Bleeding (saignée) of the vat after 8 to 12 hours maceration. Fermentation is temperature controlled.
Packaging: Available in 75cl Bottle.
Tasting: The color is light raspberry pink with red tile tints. The nose expresses small ripe red fruits, raspberries and blackberries dominate the aromas and flavors with a fresh intensity. The palate is rich with prune aromas and spicy flavors. Elegant and fresh acidity adds complexity giving this wine a very well-structured body.
Accompaniments and serving: To be served ideally with fish, dried and cold meats, as well as white meats. We suggest serving it with cream roasted pork.

Vin de Pays du Gard Gris de Nabor
Grape variety: Tempranillo, Grenache, Cinsault
Soil type: Clay, limestone and gravel
Winemaking: Light extraction achieved by direct pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperature. Bottled early to retain freshness of the wine.
Packaging: Available in 75cl Bottle, 5 Liters Bag-In-Box.
Tasting: This Rosé is bright and glistening with a raspberry pink tint. It has a bouquet of red fruit aromas and honeysuckle with linden-tree nuances. The wine has a fresh acidity. It is light, crisp and easy drinking, with acidulous red fruit flavors of wild strawberries and blueberries with mineral nuances.
Accompaniments and serving: To be served chilled. It will serve perfectly with appetizers, mixed salads, or during a barbecue.

Vin de Pays du Gard Rosé Fruité
Grape variety: Tempranillo, Grenache, Cinsault
Soil type: Clay, limestone and gravel
Winemaking: Light extraction achieved by direct pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperature. After fermentation it is sweetened to 30grs/L of natural grape sugar. Bottled early to retain freshness of the wine.
Packaging: Available in 75cl Bottles.
Tasting: This Rosé is bright and glistening with a raspberry pink tint. It has a bouquet of red fruit aromas and honeysuckle with linden-tree nuances. The wine has a fresh acidity with a sweet body. Acidulous red fruit flavors balances very well with the sweetness.
Accompaniments and serving: To be served chilled. It will serve perfectly with appetizers or with a red fruit tart.

Côtes du Rhône Tradition

Winemaking: Light extraction with direct pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperature. Bottled early to retain freshness of the wine.
Packaging: Available in 75cl bottles.
Tasting: The wine is medium to light gold in color. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of white fruits with pleasant acacia nuances. The taste is fresh and crisp, with excellent natural acidity that creates balance and a pleasant mouth-filling texture with a clean finish.
Accompaniments and serving: Serve chilled as a perfect accompaniment for oysters, fish dishes or simply as an appetizer.

Vin de Pays d’Oc Chardonnay
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Soil type: Clay, limestone and gravel
Winemaking: Light extraction with 80% direct press and 20% grape skin maceration. Low temperature fermentation. Bottled early to retain freshness of the wine.
Packaging: Available in 75cl bottles, 5 Liters Bag-In-Box.
Tasting: This is 100% Chardonnay; bright with a light gold tint. The nose is elegant, with the richness of exotic fruits enhanced by crisp apple aromas. It is light, crisp and easy drinking with a fresh taste. It has deep exotic aromas of pineapple and banana coupled with a well-balanced body.
Accompaniments and serving: To be served chilled with sweet spicy Chinese food, pork chops braised with onion and garlic or with an apricot tart. Also to be enjoyed on its own.

Vin de Pays D’OC Viognier
Grape variety: 100% Viognier.
Soil type: Clay, limestone and gravel.
Winemaking: Light extraction with direct pneumatic press. Low temperature fermentation, stopped before dry to conserve 10 grams of residual sugar. Short aging on fine lees and bottled early to retain freshness of the wine.
Packaging: Available in 75cl bottles.
Tasting: : This is a small, reserve production made from 100% Viognier. The wine is pale gold and limpid. The body is rich with a fresh and fruity nose dominated by flavors of peach and apricots as well as some citrus and lemon nuances. The wine has a fresh acidity. Fermentation was stopped to offer a medium-sweet wine with 10 grams of residual sugar. On the palate the fruit aromas are concentrated and match the nose; hints of honeysuckle and violets create complexity. The sweetness and crispness integrate perfectly to create harmony in the mouth.
Accompaniments and serving: To be served chilled. We strongly recommend it chilled with “Foie Gras”, smoked salmon or with scallops. Also to be enjoyed on its own with friends.
